In accordance with Portuguese and European Union consumer protection law (Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, email, or via our Contact Us page) before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless stated otherwise in our Returns policy.
